Healing is a journey and I would love to be a way point for you on your path.
I have been learning, studying, and practicing in the alternative healing space for over 20 years! My journey started with autoimmune health challenges and pivoted each time I lost a baby during pregnancy, (5 total!)
I understand the struggle of wrestling with grief and trauma and rebuilding a positive relationship with your body.
I integrate the use of Astrology, Energy Work, and Essential Oils into my practice with the aim of helping you know yourself more clearly, nurture yourself in ways that you didn’t know you needed, and empower you to be confident in who you are and what you can bring to this world.
